Who Is City Cycles
City Cycles is a small business that sought my help for identifying issues in their bike rental program, and for designing a solution.
Their Objective
City Cycles lacked a fully-functioning online booking system, and in its place, had a form to inquire about a rental. This led users astray in multiple ways - some thought they were renting a bike by filling out the form, and it left others so confused that they preferred calling to book - inefficiently consuming employees' time.

Who Is Stirner Tactical
Stirner Tactical Solutions is a local firearms instructor with a wide variety of training skillsets and certifications.
Their Objective
Visitors to the Stirner Tactical Solutions website faced an ambiguous booking process. Without clear guidance on which firearms training course best fit their needs, users lacked the confidence to complete a purchase, leading to a significant loss in potential clients. The business required a transparent, informative checkout flow to drive conversions.
